I used Routes car rental Orlando service several months ago. I dealt with 3 different employees when I picked up and dropped off my auto. Every employee was professional, but not kind at all. At the end of my stay I dealt with one of their rep and he even blamed me for some scratches on the vehicle I didn’t do. It wasn’t good. The best recommendation I can give everybody would be to take a pic of the car before picking it up. However, their excellent value still attracts me.
