Honest employees at Denver Airport!

I rented an Alamo car in Denver in July 2017, to be picked up at 24:00. Alamo’s office was supposed to close at that time. The flight was delayed, thus I arrived at the airport at about 00:40 and asked to add GPS device into booking as my own was lost. They offered me Chrysler 200 with an optional GPS. I spent hour learning from the officer how to use GPS, but found it’s not suitable for me. The officer gave me a Garmin. I finally left airport at about 1.40 am. The employee left after asking me if everything is OK now.

Pros: experienced employees, reliable cars, wide choice of additional equipmen

Cons: some optional GPS devices have no postal code input

Incredibly helpful service with Alamo!

In April 2016, we picked up a rental car at the Alamo Denver office. When returning the car, it was parked at a wrong location. We were in such a hurry to catch our flight. We told Alamo’s officer our situation, and a gentleman helped us without hesitation. He got the car out the wrong location then returned it to their parking area in the garage. We would have missed the flight without his help!

Car rental with Alamo is always OK!

I booked Toyota Corolla for 10 days in November 2017 in Denver. Excellent car for this money! ($26 per day) No problems at all. The officer was friendly and didn’t try to charge additional fees. The cost withdrawn from my credit card was exactly as agreed on. Alamo provides a much better experience than National car rental.
