My friend and I rented an auto from Payless car rental Atlanta branch. In our haste, we forgot our GPS inside the vehicle when we dropped it off. So, after we noticed it, of course, we contacted the Payless reps without delay. They found it promptly and sent the device to us right away. We were impressed by such a wonderful service. Totally suggest!

I have always had a good experience with Payless car rental Atlanta branch. I came here right after was turned away from one another car rental agency. The service was fantastic! They’re friendly and also seemed to move quite fast. Now, they are the only one agency that I use. As far as I know, all the car rental providers hold money on your personal card. The amounts can differ, however, it is a temporary hold technically. The lines may get quite long here, as many people like this place. I suppose it is my only one little complaint. Nevertheless, once you are at the rental desk, they work fast. Not bad this time.

I arrived at the Payless car rental Atlanta location and expected to get an exact car I’d previously reserved. So, the line was too long. However, their cool car hire rep was kind as well as collective as he diligently helped each client. When finally came to the counter-desk, he apologized for not having the vehicle I wanted. He kindly told me that he would provide me a good upgrade for my inconvenience. I agreed and it was not wrong, the car managed to meet all my personal need. Making a conclusion, I can say that it appeared to be not so bad experience.

I’ve just returned my vehicle to Payless car rental Atlanta location and wanna say I was given excellent customer service! Firstly, I was a bit skeptical because of not positive reviews, that’s why I was expecting the worse. Fortunately, all the car rental agents were very polite and accommodating. What I can say about my car, it was clean and the young man who gave me the keys to my vehicle was amazingly efficient getting me in and out. Without any doubt, I’ll return to this amazing location later on.

I would like to share my own Payless car rental Atlanta experience that was outstanding! I was very pleased with the company branch customer service and plus with the great rates. I have rented from Payless two times, the second one was in Atlanta. No lines, absolutely no problems. I got super powerful cars both times. Well, actually, I don't need a fancy process, I just need friendly and polite people, fast and professional service and of course, a good vehicle. So, Payless does provide it.

We rented 2 big autos from Alamo, however, my trip was extended for a couple of days. We could not find any fair price for the cars we actually wanted in Alamo and none with Sixth and others. A great woman called us when we were passing by Payless rental desk. Immediately after explaining to her that we’re in a need of cars, she gave us the greatest deal I have ever had. To be honest, we are very lucky to come across the Payless car rental Atlanta branch. Highly recommend!

In spite of the awful reviews I have read over the internet about Payless car rental Atlanta, I went ahead and make a reservation about 3 weeks ago for my family trip. I must say that my experience was amazing! Due to my previous booking, the wait at the rental desk wasn’t too long. In terms of the customer service, I truly can say, that it is fantastic. I’ll definitely use Payless again, there is no doubt!
